Mentora AI is built and operated by Byte Bloom Innovations Private Limited, founded and led by Saamarthya Azad (Founder & CEO). References to "Mentora", "we", "our", or "us" mean the Mentora AI platform and its publisher, ByteBloom Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
We're committed to protecting the privacy of every student, parent, and educator who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Your account, conversation, and report data live on ByteBloom's own secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. One-time login codes (OTPs) are generated by our internal messaging agent and automatically purged the moment they are verified, or after 5 minutes — whichever comes first.
Every AI response — chat replies, MihU career reports, mindmaps, content moderation — is produced by ByteBloom's proprietary AI agents. Your conversations are not passed to any external model provider, and they are not used to train any model outside ByteBloom's own controlled training pipelines.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. All processing happens inside ByteBloom's own infrastructure and AI agents. We may disclose specific records only when compelled by law (a valid court order, regulatory request, or to protect the safety of our users).
You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting your Mentora administrator or writing to legal@bytebloom.ai. You can also stop using the service and request that your account be removed; we'll honour the request within a reasonable timeframe under applicable Indian law.
Mentora AI is designed for students, including those under 18. Where required by local law, a parent or legal guardian should review this Privacy Policy and the Terms before the student accepts them. Administrators are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent has been obtained when accounts are created on behalf of minors.
Students under 13. Some parts of Mentora — such as the MihU career report for the Grade 1–5 and Grade 6–8 bands — are used by children under 13. Before a child in those bands can start a session, we require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. We do this by emailing a one-time code to an address the parent supplies; the session cannot begin until that code is entered. We record that consent was given, when, and to which email address.
For children under 13 we additionally commit that we do not show advertising of any kind, do not use their data for behavioural profiling or targeted advertising, and do not sell or rent their personal information. We collect only what the service needs to function: their name, an email address, their answers to the guidance questions, and the reports generated from them.
Withdrawing consent. A parent or guardian may withdraw consent at any time, and may ask us to delete everything we hold about their child, by writing to legal@bytebloom.ai from the address that gave consent. We will action deletion requests within a reasonable period and confirm once complete.
This reflects our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Google Play's Families policy. If you believe a child has used Mentora without the required consent, contact us at legal@bytebloom.ai and we will remove the account and its data.
Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, OTPs are single-use and short-lived, and access to administrative features is gated by role-based access control. No system is perfectly secure; please report any concern to the contact email above.
If we make material changes, the policy version will be incremented and you will be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you log in.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if your administrator removes your account. You may stop using the service at any time.
